મન ની વાત
(સુધારેલ અને અંતિમ વર્ઝન)
પ્રથમ સ્વર
શું ચાલે છે મન માં, શું ચાલે છે તારા મન માં,
શું ચાલે મારા મન માં, મન કહે શું ચાલે છે કઈ મન માં?
મન માં ચાલે તે મન નું નથી,
મન માં ચાલે મન નું પણ નથી,
મન થી ચાલે તે થાતું નથી,
તો પણ પૂછે છે શું ચાલે છે મન માં?
મન નો સ્વભાવ
ચંચલ ચલિત ચિત્તવન છે આ મન,
કે વન માં વાવ્યા વિના નું વૃક્ષ છે મન,
જો પરખાય તો જીવન છે આ મન,
નો પરખાય તો વિષ નું નામ છે મન,
તો પણ પૂછ છો શું ચાલે છે મન માં?
મન ની એકલતા
મન ની વાત સમજવી છે સૌ ને,
મન ની વાત કરવી છે સૌ ને,
મન ને સમજાય તેવી વાત,
પણ મન કહે કોઈ તો કહો મારા મન ની વાત.
મન નું દ્વંદ્વ
મન માં આવે છે ખુશીઓ ને લહેર,
તો મન માં હોય છે દુઃખો ની કહેર,
મન માં કથા પણ છે, મન માં વ્યથા પણ છે.
આ મન છે પણ મન નું નથી.
મન નો વિરોધાભાસ
શું ચાલે છે આ મન માં, શું હાલે છે આ મન માં,
મન ની વાત મન કરીએ, મન "મન" નું મન થી કહે.
મન કહે છે ક્યાં... મન ચાલે છે ક્યાં...
મન તો ખુલ્લું વન છે, જે વાવો તે ઊછરે છે મન.
મન માં કાંઈ ચાલતું નથી, મન માં કાંઈ હાલતું નથી,
મન ની કોઈ ગતિ નથી, પણ મન અંદર બધી ગતિ વિધિ છે.
મન ને સમજું નથી, મન અતિ સમજું પણ નથી,
મન તો મન છે પણ તે આપણા મન ને પણ ગમતું નથી.
મન નું મન મારું નથી, મન નું મન તારું નથી,
પણ મન તોય પૂછીયે છે મન શા માટે મારું તારા ઉપર કાબૂ નથી.
અંતિમ સત્ય
મન માં માની લીધું એટલે તે મન નથી,
મન ની વ્યાખ્યા તો મન માં છે પણ મન માં નથી,
હજુ કોઈ પૂછે કે શું ચાલે છે મન માં,
શું ચાલે છે તારા મન માં,
શું ચાલે મારા મન માં,
મન કહે શું ચાલે છે કઈ મન માં?
તો સ્મિત સાથે કહેજો—
મન માં ચાલે છે પણ મન માં નથી,
વિચારો ના વાવેતર છે,
ઊછેર કેવો કરવો તે મન નો નહીં,
આપણો વિચાર છે...
